Thank you Gillian for this explanation. I cannot find the 18 August Q and A in the Workshop section, Can you please share the link or directions to access that here?
Hi, thank you for the explanation. Very clear and helpful. However, I am a bit confused on how and what should I write on the EVIDENCE section. Is there any example on how to complete or make report for this section? Thank you.
Hi Ardi,
Evidence can be any tangible or intangible observations that tell you how the session went in regards to that domain. Examples include things your students said, things you noticed while leading the session (i.e. your thoughts, emotions), anything you picked up when listening to a playback of the session, etc.
Here is a link to a sample self-assessment form completed: https://teach.mindfulnessexercises.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/Self-Assessment-Rubric-SAMPLE.pdf
Hope that helps!
Woud it be possible to get an example of even just one domain filled out (e.g., evidence, strengths, learning needs), so we can get a gist of how what's expected from us? Thanks.
Click the second requirement to open the drop-down. The last bullet point reads: To get a better sense of what we're looking for in the self-assessment forms, read through a sample here. Click on 'here'.
Many Thanks Gillian – this was really useful.
Thank you .
Hello it says you have the option to just download the study sheets associated to each lesson of the course. Where might I find these….Thankyou
Hi michele,
As you go through the course, each individual lesson page includes a copy of the workbook for just that lesson.
I hope that helps!
Thanks Gillian!
Where is the MBI TAC Tool located to download?
Hi Andrea, it's located below the Resources/Appendix. Here's the direct link – https://teach.mindfulnessexercises.com/course/the-mbitac-tool/
