Why I Created This Program

With all of the rising stressors around the world, there is an unprecedented demand for more certified mindfulness teachers.

Unfortunately, most mindfulness teacher certification programs

  • are either religious or dogmatic in nature
  • don't offer personalized support
  • require long, in-person retreats
  • limit access to trainings to 1 year
  • restrict you to teach their branded curriculum, and/or
  • charge $7,000 or more

Many people asked me for a program that is equitable for all mindfulness practitioners - regardless of religion, location, time availability, profession, or wealth.

That's why I created this program: to support any sincere mindfulness practitioner who wants to help others.

Since 2015, we've certified many mindfulness practitioners to teach mindfulness in their own businesses, Fortune 500 companies, prominent healthcare institutions, Olympic teams, school districts, coaching programs, yoga studios, and other professional settings.

This program maintains rigorous international accreditation standards with The Continuing Professional Development (C.P.D.) Certification Service.

We are proud to offer personalized support, a flexible online format, lifetime access to all trainings, and white-labeled teaching curriculum - all for a reasonable price. Most people certify in 9-12 months, but you can go at your own pace without deadlines, pressure or competitiveness.

If you feel like this program is a good fit for you, and if you want to teach mindfulness with compassion, confidence and credibility, then I'd be honored to support you.

“Sean is the absolute gold standard for mindfulness training and coaching.

He’s been trained as a monk in the traditional teachings and methods of the Buddha, and he’s also worked in corporate settings while raising a family. In other words, he has tremendous depth and breadth.

He is also very very kind, with bone-deep integrity, excellent communication and teaching skills, inclusive open-minded awareness, and a sweetly supportive manner. He really is the best, and I recommend him wholeheartedly.”
