Hi, I’m Jeremy Lipkowitz and I’m happy that you’re here.   I’m a mindfulness meditation teacher and the creator of “Mindfulness Made Easy!”.   And I’m here to tell you that getting better sleep doesn’t have to be a struggle.   In this course, I’m going to show you how to transform your nightly routines so that you can start falling asleep faster, getting back to sleep quicker and sleep more peacefully throughout the night so that you’ll wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated and excited to start your day.

In particular, this course focuses on sleep meditations.   I’ve been teaching meditation for the past 8 or 9 years and I’ve seen the profound transformations that happen when you start to integrate meditation into your nightly routine.

Each evening I’ll be guiding you into sleep with one of our expertly designed sleep meditations.   These are going to be a range of different topics from mindful breathing to loving-kindness to guided visualizations, each one designed to help you fall asleep faster.

In addition to the guided meditations, I’ll also be covering the latest science on sleep so you’ll know exactly what you should and shouldn’t be doing each night before bed.

About the Teacher

Jeremy Lipkowitz is an international meditation teacher and mindfulness coach based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. He has been teaching meditation for the past 7 years, and practicing for over a decade. He is a former scientist, and has spent time as a fully-ordained Buddhist monk in Burma.
