  2. I look forward to getting started! I am wondering- once we complete the workbook and requirements for certification, where do we submit these? Thank you!

  3. Hi
I also was not link in to The Raisin Experience, I copied & paste to browser & that worked out.
I do have a question in regards to the Wednesday zooms. Are these recorded?. I have the grandkids on Wed. & am unable to join live.
    Thank you Nancy

  4. QUESTION: I am completing Lesson #2 – Research. I have done the exercises and reflections in the workbook as a Word Doc on my laptop. However, I am wondering if I need to submit these responses? If so, where do I send these? I will continue to do my own thing until I hear otherwise.

  5. Good morning, I signed up for this class almost a year ago, and feel this is finally the right time for me to dive in wholeheartedly. Thus far, I have just been dabbling my toes in the training program due to various family/work commitments. I am grateful to be here and look forward to the mentorship, and community that seems to be a core piece of this Teacher Training Program.
    Thank you!!:)

  6. The content made me cry. I am ready to be a certified Mindfulness Teacher and accentuate the healing process for humankind I have been on this path of meditation and being one with the universe for the last 4 yrs. This courses will add to structure and shape to thoughts. Thank You so much.

  7. Hi! As we learn the curriculum towards certification, can we call ourselves a Mindfulness practitioner? I don’t want to misuse terms knowing I am not certified yet. I am so grateful for this program!
    Thank you

  8. Hello! I would like some direction on how to proceed with completing the audio/video sessions we are to submit for the MTT certification. I'm having a hard time with how I'm going to do this as there are a lot of sessions that need to be submitted. Can anyone share their experiences and what worked best in completing these sessions?

    Thank you!
    Rosanna

    1. Hi Rosanna,
Thank you for your question! First, I want to note that you do not need to submit recordings of all of your sessions. We would like to see a total of 20-30 minutes of recordings that cover the four foundational principles outlined here. This could be a single teaching that covers all of these points or you can send shorter segments from various teachings.
In terms of how to do this, a couple of simple options for recording would be 1) directly onto your phone, or 2) via Zoom if you are teaching online and have your participants permission. When it comes time to submitting, you can send all of your files to us through something like Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. These have been the most common so far.
      I hope this helps!

  9. I am excited about this journey to share mindfulness with myself and others. I have been drawn to this practice and work for a long time. This next part of my life will have mindfulness at its core.

    Positive energy,

    🙏🏾🤗

  10. I started this in 2020 and then got busy and kind of forgot about it, now I am back to finish the training. It's nice to know that the value of this training continues to grow!

  11. It's been very pleasant to listened to your journey; your kindness and energy can be sense on each of your words. thanks for putting this program together.

  12. I am super excited to delve into this program and learn much more about mindfulness and helping people with meaningful differences 🙂

  13. I have completed this step. Is there somewhere I can access a checklist or something that shows what I have done and PERHAPS what has yet to be done?

  14. Hi Sean et al, does participating in the community meditations count toward our 40hr meditation requirement? Thanks Florie

    1. Hi Florie! Yes – any mindfulness meditation practice that you do can be added to your log. If you join a community meditation, you wouldn’t log the time when the group chats after the practice – just the time of the guided meditation. Hope that helps!

  15. I am on lesson three and enjoying the course. I thought you mentioned dealing with Imposter Syndrome . Where can I find any articles about this? Thank you.

  16. Dear Sean and team, you are wonderful souls and I don't have enough words to express your kind support for letting me enroll in in the journey of Mindfulness. I am sure it will help me and many others in coming years & for ever. Let it be… much gratitude and love 🙂 _/\_

  17. Hi, Workbook and other certification items are only downloading in html. Im not able to fill in the workbook on the platform either it seems. How can I get these as Id like to print them off as well

  18. Hello. I started the course but it is still showing as "not started" and 0% completion. When I finish a video it is not indicating it has been completed I assumed the little circle beside the lesson what do in when the video has been watched. This makes it hard to keep up with where I left off. Is this a tech issue or am I doing something wrong?

    Kind regards,
    Sheri

  19. I have not yet begun but am excited that I took the step to get started. I am an Executive Coach and have owned a leadership and cultural development company for 26 years. Your comment regarding an increase in mental health issues is what was the final thing I needed to take this step
