  1. Thanks so much for the course Sean and team. The quality that came through, personally, during the sessions was non-judgement and again in this last lesson on Self assessment is so important to evaluate our performances with this same quality. Self assessment is a tool for learning and not judging or feeding our inner critic. Thanks for this ! )

  2. Thankyou Sean, Gillian, Sara-Mai, Kayla and families. This program of study has been truly life changing for me personally.
    This final module is not the finality of its message but only a beginning. as a lifelong learner – these domains of reflection and feedback will continue to play a role in my growth and development as a teacher of mindfulness.

  3. Feed back aspect is very important. I always try to ask my clients after every cople of weeks how things are working if there are any changes I can implement. Self-assessment tool will help me better prepare myself for future sessions.

  5. At times throughout this training I wondered if I had made the right choice since much of the material was a review to me. I have found that this was a much needed experience as it has shed light on areas I still need to work at. It is really true that we are always the student and there is always room for growth. I am very glad I made the commitment to set aside time to reflect on my skills and work to improve areas that needed some love. Thank you for the information. It was put together very well and is a great tool for learning regardless of the experience that one has had with mindfulness and meditation thus far. Very grateful for this.

  6. This has been a fantastic course. The resources are incredibly rich, and I look forward to exploring them further. The lessons have been actionable and practical, and I look forward to putting them into practice. I am so grateful for the guidance and expertise of Sean, Sara-Mai, Gillian, and everyone else that I have encountered, including my fellow students.

    I still have a bit farther to go before submitting my application, but this is a great milestone!

  9. I really learned a lot from this course. Thank you Sean and team! I stepped into the course with teaching experience albeit not a ton and found myself really wanting the practical application and how to's. While I got this I also very much enjoyed and appreciated all the earlier videos that laid the foundation for mindfulness. Lots to take with me and add to my tool belt.
