Welcome to this course on Mindfulness Teaching Fundamentals.
This course will provide you with an overview of key concepts and basic exercises that are central to mindfulness practice. You will be introduced to considerations for managing and facilitating mindfulness classes. The course will also provide you with a self- assessment tool to revisit as you begin your journey as a teacher of mindfulness meditation.

Great question! For now, we suggest experimenting with family in-person or teaching freely online (Facebook live, Zoom, etc.).

As I begin this very personal journey, I am both excited and petrified at the same time. I am 55 years old and am praying that I can successfully complete this course. My brain does not work like a young person’s! However, I am determined and committed to see this through to the end. My new future awaits and I can’t wait to see what it has in store for me.

Couple of questions:
I felt a bit confused as the intro video shows a bit more deliverables that the Certification requisites page show. Can you share with me a definitive list so that i work towards it.
Another thing, is it a best practice to print the entire workbook and move with it through the entire certification sections?
This looks in deed a hell of a journey, as some other folks mentioned, and i am very excited for it!

You can follow the list that’s written on the Certification Requisites page. You can download the entire workbook and fill it out on your computer. If you prefer to print it out, that’s also fine. You can submit us the scanned copy of the workbook once you’ve completed it together with the other requirements. Thank you.

Just finished an intensive course of Mindfulness Trainership both theoretical and practical courses. We used the book Mindfulness and cognitive therapy with depression from the authors Zindel V. Segal, J. Mark G. Williams& John D. Teasdale (2nd edition)
