  1. Great topic to discuss and reflect on. It is so easy to find ourselves providing answers to others or finding ourselves on a place where others want us to give them answers, but that is not our role: we facilitate the inquiry process.

    Great lesson. Thanks

  2. The enquiry video was especially helpful. It presented a real life scenario, and the guidance felt organic, compassionate, and enlightening. This focus on the student is at the heart of the session, without expectation or agenda.

    1. I agree that the enquiry video was especially helpful. Seeing this real life scenario with two people having very different experiences was informative and so interesting to witness not only their experiences but also Devin's guidance of each of them.

  3. I found both of these videos to be super helpful. As mindfulness teachers we are really guides and it's important to know the distinction. I appreciated the 3 circles and the fleshing out of each. Personally, in my own journey I've found it easy to stay within noticing as it requires digging deeper for exploration and then linking. A good reminder to keep digging!

  4. Loved this video by Devin Ashwood. Thank you for choosing this particular video. It truly highlights authentic experiences from individuals and the beauty of not saying too much as the teacher. No right or wrongs.

  5. Thank you for this supplementary video of Devin Ashwood, I like to see this example of inquiry session and also like how he explains the role of teacher in the inquiry process.
