  1. I love the way Andrew phrased – the work is really done by the student and our job is to hold space in the most authentic way – so true. The focus on language really had me enthralled – simple is so powerful!

  2. The meditation from Tara Brach was masterful. It was simple for the meditator, but rich with layers, invitation, guidance. I loved the idea that it is ok to acknowledge the thing that is demanding attention. Let it be there, and it will subside. Really beautiful and something to aspire to.

  3. Thank you for these great valuable pints to lead balanced Guided meditations. I see I have much to learn but are excited to get started 🙂

  4. I agree that what I love the most is the space given between the instructions….that the instructor is holding space.

  5. Love Tara Brach. Her voice is soothing, the space she leaves feels so grounding. I loved the language of "sense the possibility of softening" rather than just say soften. Also, "let the breath be in the foreground and the senses, sounds, etc. in the background".

  6. With practice I appreciate more and more the space between guidance. Thank you for this lesson, very interesting to deepen understanding on how to guide meditation
