  1. Truth, love and compassion are my values and I honestly believe that having my values as an underlying concept to all that I do, my core self, reflects my authentic self. I totally resonate with where Rebecca is coming from in this video and find that this is so important to reflecting your authentic self and your truth. thank you for sharing this!

  2. The embodiment of mindfulness is reflected on how we teach and our attitudes: accepting and being patience , as well as letting be of challenging situations and/or students and for this the exercises from previous session might support.

  3. Peace, Love, Joy, Integrity, Compassion, Loving Kindness or Metta, Generosity, Truth, Honesty especially with myself and Grace are all core values that I aspire to live up to and by. As I embrace each value and sit with how it makes me feel, I get a deep sense of my truth and how far I have come in embracing these values in an embodied way which I trust is reflected in all areas of my life and in service to others and our planet. Thank-you Rebecca for your videos.

  4. The attitude that is most connected is not to judge; I have a very analytical mind, and working with not judging myself or others has been a great step in my spiritual path, with the MM I feel that my life has taken a great leap in that aspect, and that in a natural way that attitude of not judging the practice every day more.

  5. Rebecca's video was very informative, I enjoyed it very much.
Valuable information one more time , Thank you

  6. I feel like the essence of life is about values and reflecting on this continually is important to live skillfully with ourselves and among others. I liked Rebecca's mention of living without masks…all masks come off in embodiment and it's a simpler albeit not necessarily easier way to live. This requires vulnerability which I know for me is a work in progress.

  7. This gave me pause for thought as I reflected on what my values are. Compassion and respect came to me first. These are values I like to see in myself and hope to see in others. But only by embodying these values can one truly inspire others to do the same. By living with compassion and respect in my everyday interactions, I not only stay true to my core beliefs but also create a ripple effect that encourages others to reflect on and embody these values in their own lives.
