  1. The whole course is deeply nourishing. The end reflections to every chapter are jewels to me, both as learner and teacher.

I’m wondering if we have access to this written material for our own support. I would review it more than once.

    Thank you. Metta.

  2. I think going into the inner world and coming out of it, has to be gentle and kind way. the consistency is important for the students to lear how to do so and then when they do the practice alone keep the consistency of being gentle of how do this process in the practice.

  3. Having a routine is so beneficial. This is such a great reminder to have a structure within our meditation practice.

  4. I love this course so much. Of course, I also adore Sara-Mai, too. It feels good to be connected to a lineage and to know that my students will be connected, too. Mindfulness in community is so healing.

  5. Beautiful insights, thoughtfully shared. Sending love and light to all my past, present and future teachers and students.

  6. I’m excited to move forward in my mindfulness journey – as a teacher, to share with my students and guide
them – and at the same time I’m eager to learn and further my growth from what my students share and experience.
I’m so grateful for this course and what it has taught me.
I can’t wait to use the knowledge I have gained and share it with others and help to spread peace, joy and love to all.
    Thank you.

  7. The mindful transitions in and out of each chapter are a great example of how to take this forward to my own practice. I got a lot out of these videos, and I especially like the emphasis on how we as teachers continue to be students.
