Thanks for your reply and sorry for my late reply!

I have been meditating for about a year and a half.   But have just recently decided to be more mindful and study it.  The only thing I try to do right now is appreciate every minute when I am doing things, no matter what they are.   I just need to be more mindful of paying attention to the normal things I do.

I am currently a success coach and trainer and will use what I learn here to teach to others!
