Hi,

I'm Zarah, I just joined the course 🙂

I'm a yoga teacher and researcher in the field of psychology (I investigate the effect of mindfulness on several psychological processes such as sustainable behaviour). I joined because I want to introduce more mindfulness in my yoga classes and would like to create a mindfulness online course in the future.

I'm looking forward to learn more about mindfulness and get to know you all.

Welcome Zarah! What interesting work you are doing blending mindfulness and science. I am sure this program will complement your existing experience and knowledge as a yoga teacher (I, too, am trained in yoga - hatha yoga).
