Lesson Four - Foundations of Mindfulness - thoughts, insights and questions

Im on lesson four and I was wondering if we can start a thread to share thoughts, insights and questions.

Mindfulness of the body, I find easier to embody and practice, and as stated a great beginners practice with the body scan. 

I'm having some issues with Mindfulness of feeling tones, it says that they are not emotions, just three tones that we notice in the body. Is the non-jugnemetal part to this practice not labeling them with an emotion? also, how is this different from Mindfulness of the body? as when we becoming mindful of what is going on when feeling a specific tone, doesn't this bring us to sensetions within certain parts of the body?
