What is one (or two) of your strengths that will support you as a mindfulness teacher?

Take a moment to contemplate your inner resources - wisdom, compassion, patience, understanding, resilience, and so and so forth. What inner resources jump out to you as your personal strengths - and how will they help you as you teach mindfulness?
