I am so excited to be here! I am an executive assistant by day and a life and leadership coach part time. Looking forward to deepen my meditation practice and learning new techniques that I can teach and use with coaching others. I have been practicing meditation for two years and it has been a work in progress, so far I enjoy it very much and I find myself drawn to it more and more I practice it and incorporate it daily turning it into a habit that is part of my everyday life.
