Hi Everyone! I'm excited to be a part of this mindful community. 🙂

I'm a Mental health wellness coach. I started practicing meditation 4 yrs ago to manage stress, little did I know that meditation would become my safe haven during the COVID 19 Pandemic.   Since the pandemic, meditation has become one of the best tools to help my clients to be present.  I noticed some of my clients enjoy practicing meditation during our sessions but are unable to practice at home by themselves. My purpose here is to deepen my knowledge of mindfulness meditation and also learn how to guide mindfulness.
