Hi Everyone,

My name is Bonnie and I am just getting started with this Course. I have done a Mindfulness Meditation teacher training a few years ago but I am always eager to learn and incorporate these learnings into my teachings. I am a Certified E-RYT-200 hr yoga teacher (currently working on my 500 hr training) as well as a Yoga Sports Coach™, personal trainer, Master Flexologist. I have trainings in Reiki 1&2 and Thai Yoga Massage and an Advanced Nutrition Coaching certification. It is apparent I LOVE to LEARN!!!

I am eager to discover new techniques and strategies as well as methodologies about Mindfulness Mediation so, I am thrilled to be here! I am extra busy and making the focused time is always a challenge for me...I do balance my life with yoga, workouts, walking, running, roller blading and hiking!

I look forward to connecting and making some new friends! 🌟🌟🌟

It indeed shows that you love to learn, which is wonderful. What type of yoga are you certified to teach? I have a 200-hour yoga certification as well - in hatha yoga.
