  1. My vision that lead me to mindfulness is to release the suffering that I was feeling inside of me and help others do the same. Living with mental health issues for most of my life has hindered me living to my full potential. I was looking for deep healing last year and ready to release the pain and sadness I was feeling on a daily basis because of what has happened in my past. I felt guided to mindfulness meditation training as a tool to support my other efforts in healing myself. It has been the most effective and sustainable method to releasing the suffering I had been carrying around inside of me for most of my life. It has worked for me in profound ways that I want to teach others this tool as well so they can be free.
  2. I am a first generation Canadian born and raised in Cowtown (Calgary)! I began my spiritual journey over 20 years ago and have been meditating for more than 10 years. I feel so grateful to have come across mindfulness meditation over a year ago when the pandemic began and it has inspired me to want to teach this practice to others. I found this teacher training program recently which has inspired me even more to share mindfulness with others. My passions are nature photography and writing. Here's a pic of one of my favorite parks in Calgary. We have amazing walking trails and rivers where I walk and meditate every week. Give me a shout if you ever want to visit Calgary!
