  5. Last month we were joined for a session on mindful eating with Dr. Judson Brewer. Were you there for the live call or have you had a chance to view the recording? It looked at the physiological underpinnings of our cravings and explored how we can work with our eating habits to overcome them. What was most impactful for you about this session? I must say, I really resonate with a part of your journey. I, too, studied nutrition, but I found myself naturally gravitating towards mindfulness of eating and the psychology of our eating habits. I practiced as a nutritionist for a couple of years before transitioning to yoga & meditation and freelance writing on related subjects. For instance, you might be a therapist, a Reiki practitioner, an elementary school teacher, or a massage therapist. Whatever is the case, how do you incorporate mindfulness into the work that you do? I'm interested in both formal and informal ways of sharing/teaching mindfulness here.
