During these Covid times, we all need to take a Mindful time to "Being Still"!

In this class you will learn some Basic Mindfulness Terms and to realize everyone needs occasional Mindful Breaks in the day! For we Americans who are ever producing Checklists, Goals, & Missions, what better way to just Stop & Pause! So be prepared to find some quiet space, to Learn, without Judgement, yet have Curiosity & let's Meditate together! Hope to see some Folks here attend.
