Do you know what I was like when I first started as a mindfulness and meditation teacher?

I had imposter syndrome. I was certain that every day was going to be the day my students and my peers would finally figure out that I was a fraud, and didn’t know what the heck I was doing.

I compared myself to other mindfulness teachers who seemed much better than me. 

I couldn’t help it. This was all new to me, and so I was scared... I had a lot of self-doubt, and I felt insecure about my ability to actually help people.

This is a question I used to get very frequently when I first introduced this program, 6 years ago.
